Shenzhen Metro Line 10 starts from the port station of Futian District and ends at Pinghu central station in Longgang District. The total length of the line is 29.56 km, with 24 stations in total. Liangmaoshan vehicle base project is connected with gankeng station and liangmaoshan station of line 10 through access tunnel. The project covers a total area of 29.57 hectares, with a total construction area of 246000 square meters. The construction of the project started in October 2015, and the planned construction period is about 54 months.
According to the on-site construction personnel, the column of the second floor of the double-layer parking and train inspection depot of the vehicle base was poured on July 25, 2017, which provided the precondition for the construction of the second floor beam and slab; the roof of the storage tank was capped on July 26; the construction of the retaining pile of the comprehensive building was started on July 13, laying the foundation for the construction of the retaining foundation pit and raft. Liangmaoshan vehicle base joint inspection and repair depot is mainly divided into three-layer structure, and part of it is four-layer structure; the double-layer parking train inspection depot is mainly two-layer structure, and part of it is three-layer structure; the maximum height of single-layer is 14 meters, and the total height is 49 meters. With the characteristics of large scale, full function, high single layer and difficult construction, it is a rare multi-storey vehicle base in China.
According to reports, there are a large number of ecological forest land, nearly 120000 square meters of Zhukeng reservoir, five high-voltage power racks, and three houses to be relocated in Liangmao mountain. Two municipal gas pipelines are only 6 meters away from the construction area, and one high-pressure oil pipeline is only 12 meters away from the construction area. Therefore, it is difficult to remove the land in the early stage of the project and the construction safety risk is high.
According to the characteristics of the main structure of liangmaoshan vehicle base, such as large amount of reinforcement processing and concentrated consumption, the construction unit has built a "factory, mechanized and specialized" numerical control steel bar processing plant, which has three functions of straightening, bending and cutting, steel bar bending hoop, and automatic numerical control steel bar bending hoop machine with one-time forming The processing capacity of each operation group reaches 12 tons, realizing the intensive processing of steel bars.
At present, the project has fully entered the main construction stage, including 100% of the design amount of earthwork and slope protection and greening project of vehicle base, 95% of flood control and storage tank project, 30% of main works of double-layer train inspection depot and joint inspection and repair depot, 78% of site drainage engineering, 67% of access mine tunnel group, and it is expected that the project will be handed over and put into operation in 2020 Use.
