Reporters saw that the processing plant staff are busy welding steel grid. The huge processing plant is divided into more than ten areas, such as raw material stacking area, profile stacking area, semi-finished product processing area, profile processing area, mold setting area, processing area, finished product stacking area, etc., and obvious signboards are set up, with clear functional zoning and clean and tidy ground.
According to the person in charge, the whole processing plant adopts fully enclosed construction, which avoids the dust emission from the open-air welding, cutting and transportation of steel bars on site, and reduces the external noise impact to the minimum. At the same time, the processing plant also set up a number of welding fume dust collectors, the ceiling is covered with color steel plate interval sunlight plate, and set up ball fan, and the side wall is opened with glass window to ensure lighting and ventilation. Centralized processing creates sharing platform
Why do we have to spend so much effort to build such a large steel processing plant? The person in charge said that in view of the general trend of green environmental protection, the development of rail transit requires the collection of Beijing's advantageous resources.
The main function of the processing plant is to concentrate on processing steel grille, small conduit and other reinforcement products used in the process of subway construction. Through efficient and standardized closed-loop management process and advanced CNC equipment, it can meet the reinforcement requirements of 3-5 metro projects.
He said that the steel processing plant will be gradually promoted in the city. China Railway 16th Bureau has 5 projects in Beijing. The establishment of such a large processing plant can meet the needs of various projects for reinforcement. Centralized processing of steel bars can also save raw materials and realize resource sharing.
At present, the processing plant has formed a closed-loop management process from steel raw materials to finished steel products and distribution. The processed steel bars can supply steel grids for Beijing metro line 17 bid No. 01, No. 10 bid No. 17 and No. 1 bid No. 3 of line 8. The preliminary total supply quantity will reach 7563 tons.
As the largest fully automatic numerical control steel bar processing plant in the history of Beijing Metro, the project department has introduced 13 large-scale automatic steel bar processing equipment, such as numerical control steel bar hoop bending machine, punching and shearing machine, small pipe tip forming machine, etc., which has thoroughly innovated the traditional processing mode, with a production capacity of 5000 tons / year.
In the process of numerical control processing, a team only needs 3 people to operate. Compared with the past, 7 labor forces are saved, and only labor cost is one construction. At least 252000 yuan of labor cost can be saved a year. After setting parameters and using computer control, cutting, bending and other processes of various steels can be "completed in one go", greatly improving the accuracy of steel products and reducing the loss of raw materials The error is avoided effectively.
