Safety operation rules of double numerical control steel bar straightening and cutting machine

CNC steel bar straightening and cutting machine is a high degree of automation equipment, the whole machine set machine, electricity, gas and host machine, the production process is basically controlled by the system automatically. If people who are not familiar with the machine use the equipment easily cause accidents, it will cause damage to the personnel or the machine. Therefore, the operators of the equipment must be strictly trained, familiar with the functions, characteristics and operation methods of the machine, and operate in strict accordance with the requirements of the user manual.

Preparation before startup

1. Operators must wear safety helmet and protective gloves, otherwise they are not allowed to enter the site.

2. Make sure that there are no other non operators around the machine, in case of accidents and irreparable consequences. 3. In order to make the equipment have good working condition, grease should be added to each lubricating point before starting up.

4. Check whether the lubricating oil in each box and reducer is sufficient. Make the lubricating oil in the middle of the oil level above the oil mark. If the oil level is too low, replenish the lubricating oil in time.

5 check whether there is screw looseness in each part.

6 check whether the air source and power supply are connected, and connect the PE line to the grounding point.

7. Check whether the electrical circuit switch and detection switch are normal, and check whether the air pipe is in good condition.
