Steel bar hoop bending machine, also known as steel bar automatic bending machine, CNC automatic straightening hoop bending machine, belongs to a kind of reinforcement processing machinery, the machine mainly consists of: servo motor, flying knife cutting motor, kognzhiqi, reducer, computer PLC setting system, bending device, bearing frame, walking device, electrical and other parts.
① The pre adjustment part, which is mainly straightened by the pre adjusting wheel, makes the wire better enter the straightening frame.
② Straightening frame part: this part mainly achieves a certain eccentricity by adjusting the curve rolling pressure of the straightening wheel, and the wire rod is straightened in the high-speed rotating straightening frame.
③ Traction part: this part is powered by the motor, and the wire rod is pulled forward by the traction wheel through the deceleration mechanism to complete the wire in and out work.
④ Meter counting device: the steel bar length device sets the required length on the length of the numerical control computer screen through the meter counter sensor (in mm), and then press the Enter key to complete the length counting work. The meter wheel rotates with the movement of the wire under the force of the wire moving forward. When the set length is reached, the sensor will transmit the electric * signal to the hydraulic part After reset, the counting device sets the number of pieces on the number of NC computer interfaces, and then press the Enter key to complete the counting.
⑤ The hydraulic cut-off part, which is powered by the motor, drives the hydraulic pump station to move the piston rod of the oil cylinder through electromagnetic control, so as to cut off the wire rod. The movable oil cylinder returns to reset under the action of spring, waiting for the next work.
⑥ Bending part: the eccentric disc is pushed by the oil cylinder to bend to meet the angle bending requirements. After reset, wait for the working cycle.
⑦ Bearing frame part: by cutting the hook, the wire goes along the bearing frame. After reaching the specified length, the wire is cut off by power, and the wire automatically slides down, waiting for the next working cycle.
