Safety operation process of automatic steel bar hoop bending machine:

1. Before using the new machine, please check whether the circuit is loose, and fasten the circuit screw in time to avoid bad contact.

2. Please make sure that the three-phase power supply is properly grounded before using the positive transmission line.

3. During operation, the motor rotates clockwise and reversely when returning.

4. According to the zigzag viewpoint, adjust the contact position of the travel switch of each view point at the lower end of the main output shaft, loosen the clamp screw of the eye point, move the viewpoint clockwise to decrease, and the viewpoint to move anticlockwise to increase. After adjusting to the required viewpoint, tighten the clamp screw. This machine adopts two foot switches of 90 degree and 135 degree, which can change the viewpoint sensitively and conveniently.

5. Please tidy the table in time, repair the circuit regularly and refuel on time.

6. During the operation, please adjust the position of the cutter board in time to avoid affecting the normal operation of the operation panel.
