Safety maintenance operation

1. When the machine is in maintenance, repair, cleaning or adjustment, the warning sign of "under repair, no operation" should be hung (placed) at the operation console to prevent personal injury and equipment injury caused by unintentional misoperation.

2. When repairing pneumatic components, the power supply must be cut off, the air source must be turned off, and the remaining compressed air in the pipeline should be discharged. At the same time, the warning sign of "under maintenance, no operation" should be hung (placed) at the operation desk to carry out maintenance, so as to avoid personal injury.

3. When checking and repairing the interior of the main engine, especially the transmission mechanism of two synchronous belts, the system switch and power supply should be cut off. Do not extend the handle and other parts of the body into the pulley and belt, otherwise serious safety accidents will occur. Check and repair in good condition and install protective cover.

In order to ensure the normal use of pneumatic components and prolong the service life, the compressed air in the air pipeline should be filtered and dried, and the pipeline should be drained regularly.

5. The installation and maintenance of electrical system must be operated by professional electricians, and they should wear insulating gloves, insulating shoes and professional installation tools. In order to prevent electric shock, the machine must be strictly grounded.

6. It is strictly forbidden to pound or impact the servo motor with other objects in the process of use and maintenance, so as to avoid damaging the motor.

Without the permission of the equipment supplier, it is not allowed to add other objects on the equipment, damage or move the safety net cover and safety signs of all parts of the machine.
