The installation foundation of wire drawing machine should be very stable to avoid vibration. During installation, the drawing axis of wire rod should be symmetrical with the center line of die hole through debugging, so that the stress of wire rod and drawing die can work evenly. Frequent starting and stopping should be avoided in the process of drawing, because the friction caused by the tensile stress at the beginning of drawing is much greater than that during normal drawing, which will increase the die Wear and tear.

Surface pretreatment and heat treatment of wire drawing machine.

1. For the wire rod with dirty surface and more impurities, it should be cleaned and dried before drawing;

2. For the wire with more oxide skin on the surface, it should be acid refined and dried before drawing;

3. For the wire rod with peeling, pit, double skin and other phenomena on the surface, the wire rod should be polished by the polishing machine before drawing;

For the wire rod with excessive hardness or uneven hardness, it is necessary to reduce the hardness by annealing or tempering, and keep the wire rod with good hardness uniformity before drawing.

The joint part of the head spindle and the head body is meshed and positioned by a conical body to keep the head rotating accuracy. The head structure is centrifugal expansion block type, which is composed of head body, expansion block, expansion key, pressure spring, head front cover and head back cover. The whole head is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel. When the machine head rotates at high speed, under the action of centrifugal force, the expanding block supports the winding cylinder, and the fiber is wound on the surface of the winding cylinder. When the winding ends and the head stops rotating, the centrifugal force disappears, and the rising block falls freely to unload the cylinder.

The movement of spiral steel wire winding shaft is divided into rotary motion and reciprocating motion: the rotary motion is realized by the winding motor through synchronous belt transmission, and the reciprocating motion is realized by the servo motor through synchronous belt, rolling screw assembly and linear bearing drive. The reciprocating travel is between 50 and 200 mm. The reciprocating travel can be adjusted by changing the position of two limit sensors.

The function of the winding device of twistless roving drawing machine is to make the winder move towards the machine head at the beginning of winding, and to move the winder to the right gradually with the extension of time and the increase of cake thickness in the winding process. The distance between the wire laying wire and the surface layer of the silk cake is kept unchanged, so as to ensure the same tension between the inner and outer layers of the silk cake.
