Installation, debugging and main features of I-wheel take-up machine

According to different process requirements, the driving motors of I-wheel take-up machine include common AC motor, AC torque motor, electromagnetic speed regulating motor, frequency conversion motor and DC motor. To a great extent, the selection of motor type determines the performance of the take-up machine and its cost. Torque motor and electromagnetic speed regulating motor can be selected for the system with less strict take-up tension; variable frequency or DC controlled motor can be selected for high-speed winding machine with looper or tension required.

I-wheel take-up machine has two modes:

(1) When the take-up wheel drives the winding frame to rotate synchronously, add a take-up mechanism;

(2) Under the condition that the take-up wheel and the winding frame rotate respectively, the winding frame can achieve the operation function of taking up line while rotating itself. Generally, the first one is simple and economical. The utility model relates to an inverted winding mechanism, which comprises a frame, a reducer motor is arranged above the frame, a hollow shaft is driven by the output shaft of a deceleration motor, a drum is fixed on the hollow shaft, a pulley block is arranged on one side of the pulley block, a roller is arranged on one side of the pulley block, and a roller is arranged on one side of the deformation device. The features are: a trolley is arranged under the frame, and the trolley panel is 5-8 to the horizontal plane A second speed reduction motor is arranged at the lower side of the trolley panel, and the output shaft of the second reduction motor is connected with the small gear; a main shaft is arranged in the middle of the trolley, and the big gear is arranged at the upper end of the main shaft, and the big gear is meshed with the small gear; the take-up frame bottom plate is set on the big gear, and the claw type take-up frame is arranged on the bottom plate of the take-up frame. The utility model has the advantages of: it is suitable for the connection production of steel wire with large coil weight, convenient operation of the equipment, low labor intensity, stable operation, wide adjustment range, and not easy to be disordered.

Installation of I-wheel take-up machine:

In order to ensure the stability, reliability and convenient operation of the take-up machine, the equipment should be installed on the concrete foundation, the base should be buried in the ground and fixed firmly. The power line, control line and gas path should be arranged with buried pipelines,

1. When the winding is reset and the start button is pressed, the speed regulating button can be turned to make the motor run at a low speed, and the winding device moves to a certain end (if it is a polished rod, it can be directly arranged to the end of the I-wheel).

2. Installation of I-wheel: pull up the locking pin of the right runner, rotate it 90 degrees to make the lock open, turn the runner to make the right retreat into the empty I-wheel, turn the handle to Jack in the I-wheel, lower the bracket of the I-wheel, and rotate the I-wheel to make the top tight, and the locking pin rotates 90 degrees to enter the groove for locking.

3. Threading: lead the steel wire to the I-shaped wheel through the guide wheel system, bend the steel wire head into the lock wire hole of the I-shaped wheel, and manually wind the steel wire for 2-3 times.
