Safety operation regulations for automatic steel bar hoop bending machine:

1. Please check whether the new circuit is loose before using.

2. Before use, the leakage protection switch must be installed and grounded. When the three-phase power supply is normal, please timely adjust the circuit to ensure the positive transmission of the motor.

3. When working, the motor rotates clockwise, and when retracting, it rotates anticlockwise.

4. According to the bending angle, adjust the contact position of the travel switch at each angle at the lower end of the main output shaft. Loosen the angle bump clamp screw. The clockwise movement angle becomes smaller and the counter clockwise movement angle becomes larger. After adjusting to the required angle, tighten the angle clamp screw. This machine adopts two foot switches of 90 degree and 135 degree, and the angle can be changed flexibly, which is more convenient.

5. Please clean the table in time, repair the circuit regularly and refuel on time.

6. Please adjust the position of the cutter board in time to avoid affecting the normal operation of the working disk.
